We know that transitioning from school to work can feel overwhelming — especially for young people with disabilities. Our School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) program, funded by the NDIS, is designed to guide and empower each participant on this journey.
Through tailored training, hands-on work experiences, and one-on-one support, we help young people build confidence, independence, and practical employment skills. While SLES doesn’t place participants directly into jobs, it gives them the tools, experience, and connections they need to confidently step into the workforce and explore their career possibilities.
